If you need to cancel your meeting or event, please notify the Library know as soon as possible. You can also use the cancellation button/link in the original email notification of the room booking approval or room booking reminder. This allows us to free up the room for others who might need it. (There is no penalty for canceling – we just appreciate the advance notice!).
