What information do I need to reserve a room?

Before you start your request for a room, you will need to have the following information ready: Your library card number, contact info, expected attendance, date and time of your event, the room being requested, event description, and what (if any) equipment you may need for your meeting. You will also need to complete a Meeting Room Agreement form and agree to terms therein.
